Rotary International District 3011

Rotary International District 3011 came into existence on July 1, 2015, following the bifurcation of the erstwhile District 3010 into two dynamic new districts—3011 and 3012. What began with 65 clubs has grown into a vibrant, expanding Rotary family, with 135+ clubs today, and many more on the horizon.

Geographically, District 3011 spans across parts of the National Capital Territory of Delhi and key regions of Haryana, including Faridabad, Gurugram, Rohtak, Palwal, and Rewari. Governed by its own District Bye-Laws, District 3011 is committed to strengthening Rotary’s values while adapting to evolving community needs.

The last Governor of unified District 3010—fondly remembered as the Last Emperor—was PDG Sanjay Khanna, and the first Governor of the newly formed District 3011 was PDG Sudhir Mangla.

The district’s rich Rotary heritage began with the Rotary Club of Delhi, which received its charter on January 18, 1939. By 1970, seven more clubs had joined the fold, laying the foundation for a legacy of service that continues to thrive.

From its inception, District 3011 has been deeply committed to fulfilling The Object of Rotary and championing meaningful community service. Its clubs have initiated a wide array of transformative projects that have left a lasting impact on society.
