Rtn. Dr. Ravinder Gugnani is a distinguished educationist, visionary entrepreneur, and committed philanthropist. A medical graduate (MBBS), he serves as the Managing Director of the renowned Scholars Rosary Group of Schools - a leading educational institution with four thriving campuses, over 5000 students, and 700 dedicated staff members. In addition to his contributions to education, he is also actively engaged in the hospitality and real estate sectors across Delhi-NCR. Rotary Journey

With over 15 years of dedicated Rotary service, Rtn. Dr. Ravinder Gugnani has risen through every significant leadership role - from Club President to Assistant Governor, Deputy District Governor, and now serving as District Governor 2025–26.

As President of Rotary Club of Rohtak in 2014–15, he led the club to be honoured as the Best Club of District 3010, earning the coveted title of Kohinoor President. A Major Donor Level 4, Paul Harris Fellow (PHF), Paul Harris Society (PHS) member, he has led several impactful global grant projects and community initiatives focused on Rotary’s areas of focus.

He is the Mentor and GSR of Rotary Club of Rohtak Scholars, proudly recognized as the world’s largest all-women Rotary club, with over 300 active members. Known for his clarity of vision, inclusive leadership, and compassionate service, Dr. Gugnani has received numerous awards and accolades at both the district and international levels for his exemplary contributions to Rotary.

Family

Dr. Ravinder Gugnani draws profound strength and moral grounding from his family. He is especially blessed with the love, wisdom, and unwavering blessings of his mother, Mrs. Usha Gugnani, whose values have shaped the man he is today.

He is supported by his wife, Rtn. Monika Gugnani, Charter Member of Rotary Club of Rohtak Scholars, who stands as a pillar of strength in his Rotary and personal journey.

Their daughter, Rtn. Navya Gugnani, holds a Master’s with Distinction from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), and is actively contributing to the education sector.

Their son, Sahil Gugnani, has successfully completed his Master’s in Finance from University College London (UCL) and continues to strive for excellence in his professional pursuits.

Dr. Gugnani’s extended family also reflects a tradition of excellence and service.

His elder sister-in-law, Rtn. Preeti Gugnani, is a well-known educationist, Past President of Rotary Club of Rohtak Scholars, and Past Association President of Inner Wheel India. His younger sister-in-law, Mrs. Kumud Gugnani, currently serves Additional District & Sessions Judge, Gurugram.

His niece, Dr. Ishita Gugnani, is a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Maurer School of Law, USA. His nephew, Rahul Gugnani, is practicing law at the Haryana High Court, carrying forward the family’s legacy of professionalism and purpose
